Job description:

Revolution Event Design & Production is a full-service event production company known for its amazing, creative designs. While based in Baltimore, our team of designers and technicians travel all over the country executing various types of events. Seeking self-driven, hard-working, creative individuals with an attention to detail for event installs. Come be a part of all the festivals, weddings, mitzvahs, product launches and other exciting events!

Basic Requirements:

  • Dependability! consistently on time & ready to work
  • Follow instruction & respond to direction
  • Safely load & unload trucks
  • Solid work ethic
  • Safely lift & carry 50lbs
  • Personal reliable transportation to & from the job sites (MD, DC, VA)
  • Personal tools
  • Available to work nights & weekends as requested
  • Able to consistently prioritize to meet deadlines at time-sensitive installs

Ideal Candidate will excel in the following areas:

  • Driving Experience - Able and willing to drive Non-CDL box trucks up to 26ft
  • Carpentry experience
  • Rigging
  • Custom fabric treatments
  • Ability to travel
  • Attention to detail

  • Event project management
  • Planning, organizing & time efficiency
  • Problem solving- identify & resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and skillfully analyze information
  • Quality control- monitor own work to ensure highest level of quality while applying feedback to improve performance
  • Adaptability- manage competing demands, deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected situations


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for unloading and organizing décor, furniture & equipment on site.
  • Working as part of a team to set up the event as it was designed.
  • Work well with other team members. Must also show a degree of integrity and professionalism when working with team members and clients.
  • Help ensure proper execution of the event.
  • Able to properly take down and store all equipment safely.

Work Days:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
  • Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Maryland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
