When a major bank looked to REVOLUTION to amaze and excite its top employees for a third straight year… it did just that. REVOLUTION provided a turnkey concept to design installation at the bank’s selected event destination in Bonita Springs, Florida. In addition, our design team managed the bank’s leadership trip design, décor, talent, and lighting which composed of a series of detailed events for their employees.
“Supplying ideas and working with the customer to create an intricate occasion with precision is what we do,” said Erin Cermak. “My main objective is to make sure our clients are connecting with their audience.”
REVOLUTION successfully coordinated the four day, seven individualized event extravaganza with a well-executed strategy. The design team created and implemented a one-of-a kind scavenger hunt with customized playing cards designed to highlight each award winner and encourage guest interaction. Additional services included the development of a multi-video presentation that showcased award winners and reinforced and encapsulated the gala’s “WOW” factor theme. The oversight of design, lighting, custom décor, and staging rounded out the scope of work we provided.
